This kit delivers 1.1TB of DDR5 memory across twelve 96GB modules in the 288-pin RDIMM form factor. It is built for the Supermicro H14SSL-N motherboard and matches the registered ECC specification that board requires. The 2Rx4 rank structure and 1.10V operating voltage align with the platform's memory controller expectations.

Registered ECC architecture

Registered buffering offloads the memory controller so all twelve slots can be populated at full capacity, while ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly. The CL40 latency and DDR5 4800 speed run at the rated data rate of PC5-38400 when the board's population rules are followed. Workloads that exceed the 1.1TB total will need a platform with higher per-slot or slot-count limits.

DDR5 4800 interface

The modules operate at the DDR5 4800 standard with PC5-38400 bandwidth and 1.10V supply. The 288-pin RDIMM connector is physically and electrically distinct from UDIMM or SODIMM types, so they cannot be used in desktop or laptop boards. Systems limited to lower DDR5 speeds or fewer registered channels will not support this configuration at its rated performance.
