This NEMIX RAM kit provides 64 GB of DDR5 registered ECC memory in four 16 GB modules. Capacity and Speed

The four modules run at 4800 MT/s with a CAS latency of 40 at 1.10 V. The 64 GB total capacity handles multi-VM hosts, database buffers and large dataset workloads with headroom for simultaneous tasks. Workloads that exceed 64 GB or demand higher frequencies will require additional DIMM slots or faster-rated modules.

Build Integration

Each module uses a 1Rx8 organisation and registered signalling to reduce electrical load on the memory controller. The 288-pin DDR5 interface requires a motherboard with DDR5 RDIMM slots and ECC support. No heat spreader is fitted, leaving clearance for dense slot populations and standard server airflow.
