White 280mm AIO for mainstream CPUs

The NZXT Kraken X63 RGB is a 280mm all-in-one liquid cooler with addressable RGB lighting on the pump head and two included Aer RGB 2 fans. It supports Intel sockets LGA 1200, 115X, 1366, 1700, 2011, 2011-3 and 2066 plus AMD AM4, sTRX4 and TR4 Threadripper mounts. The white finish suits bright-themed builds. Builders who need a Threadripper bracket must obtain it separately.

Thermals, noise and power draw

Two 140mm fans spin between 500 and 1500 RPM, moving 30.39 to 91.19 CFM across the 315.00 x 143.00 x 30.00 mm aluminum radiator. Acoustic output ranges from 22 to 33 dBA depending on load. The pump block measures 80mm diameter by 55mm height and uses a copper cold plate. Rubber tubing with nylon sleeves runs 400mm. Power is drawn through standard 4-pin PWM headers.

CAM software and RGB ecosystem

NZXT CAM software provides fan curves, pump speed and per-LED RGB control for the infinity-mirror pump top and both fans. An NZXT RGB connector lets you chain additional NZXT RGB accessories into the same lighting channel. The pump top rotates so the logo stays upright regardless of mounting orientation. Users who prefer motherboard-only RGB sync or have no spare USB header for CAM will not gain the software features.
