This OWC kit supplies 128GB of DDR4 memory across four 32GB SODIMM modules. It targets owners of compatible laptops, all-in-one PCs and NAS appliances who need the maximum capacity their four slots can accept. The kit is not for systems limited to two slots or lower per-module densities.

Speed and latency gate

Every module runs at 3200MHz with a CL22 latency and operates at the standard 1.2V JEDEC voltage. If your platform caps memory at a lower speed or requires different timings, the kit will downclock but the rated figures decide whether you gain the advertised bandwidth.

Thermals and power in daily use

The modules carry no heat spreaders and draw power only at the rated 1.2V, so they add minimal heat inside cramped laptop chassis. Fan noise stays governed by the system controller, not the memory, and the low-voltage DDR4 design keeps the kit well within typical notebook power budgets.
