Target platforms

This kit provides 128GB of DDR5 ECC Registered RDIMM across four 32GB modules. It is built for Cisco UCS C220 M7 SFF, C240 M7 SFF, X210c M7 and X410c M7 servers that require registered memory with error correction. Standard desktop boards cannot use these modules.

Registered ECC difference

Registered buffering and ECC let the memory controller manage larger capacities while detecting and correcting single-bit errors. The modules cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs, so the full kit must populate matched slots in the supported Cisco chassis.

DDR5 4800 practical limits
