Server Memory Upgrade

This 128GB DDR4 3200 CL22 ECC Registered DIMM is built for Supermicro A+ Server platforms including the 1114S-WTRT 1124US-TNR 2013S-C0R 2014CS-TR and 2014S-TR. It delivers 128GB in a single 288-pin module running at 1.2V with an 8Rx4 rank configuration. The module targets administrators who need maximum capacity per slot for virtualization databases or large-scale compute workloads.

Replaces Lower Capacity RDIMMs

The jump is worth it when your current configuration hits a slot limit or when workloads exceed the bandwidth of 2133 2400 2666 or 2933MHz modules. This part steps up to PC4-25600 speed while maintaining JEDEC compliance and backward compatibility with those slower bus speeds. It will not work in standard desktop boards nor can it be mixed with unbuffered or load reduced ECC memory.

Build Integration

The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller allowing dense population of all available slots in supported Supermicro A+ Server chassis. No heat spreader is fitted so airflow must be managed by the system fans. The 1.2V operation matches the platform spec and the single module format leaves remaining DIMM slots free for future expansion.
