Purpose-built server memory

This 128GB DDR4 3200 CL22 ECC LRDIMM module is engineered for Gigabyte G152-Z12 and H262-Z61 through H262-Z66 platforms. It delivers registered load-reduced operation at 1.2V for workstations, servers and NAS systems that require 4Rx4 density. The module will not function in standard desktop computers and cannot be mixed with unbuffered or registered ECC memory.

Sustained-load behaviour

Rated at PC4-25600 with a CAS latency of 22, the module maintains JEDEC-standard throughput during continuous multi-threaded workloads such as virtualization, database serving or large-file rendering. Backward compatibility with 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933 MHz buses allows deployment in older slots without down-clocking instability. Every unit is tested in-house to meet OEM specifications before shipment.

Thermals noise and power

Operating at 1.2 volts without a heat spreader, the LRDIMM relies on chassis airflow for cooling in dense 288-pin configurations. Load-reduced buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, helping to limit system power draw under full population. Silent solid-state construction adds no acoustic noise to rack or tower environments.
