This 256 GB kit contains two 128 GB DDR4 3200 CL22 ECC load-reduced DIMMs built for Cisco UCS B200 M6, C125 M5, C220 M6, C240 M6 and C245 M6 servers. The modules run at 1.2 V with a 4Rx4 organisation and fit 288-pin slots. They are intended for administrators who need maximum capacity in supported enterprise platforms.

Replaces Cisco UCSML128G4RW

The kit directly substitutes Cisco part numbers UCSML128G4RW and UCSXML128G4RW, letting you refresh older infrastructure or expand a new build without vendor pricing. The jump is worth it when your workloads demand more than the factory-fitted memory can provide and the server model appears on the compatibility list. Mixing with unbuffered or standard registered DIMMs is not supported.

Handles Large Virtualisation Loads

At 256 GB total the kit comfortably runs dense virtualisation, in-memory databases and heavy container clusters on the listed Cisco UCS models. Capacity runs out when the platform’s maximum DIMM count or memory-controller limit is reached, or when workloads exceed the 3200 MT/s bandwidth ceiling. Backward compatibility with 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933 MT/s speeds allows use in slower configurations.
