Build quality and connectors

The 288-pin LRDIMM form factor fits server DIMM slots and uses ECC load-reduced technology to reduce electrical load on the memory bus. JEDEC-standard and ROHS compliant construction ensures warranty-safe installation. It cannot be mixed with unbuffered or ECC registered memory types.

Interface limits

DDR4 load-reduced memory tops out at 3200MHz in this configuration, with backward compatibility down to 2133MHz, 2400MHz, 2666MHz and 2933MHz. Buyers who need higher speeds or standard desktop compatibility should look elsewhere. The single-module 256GB capacity leaves no room for further expansion in that slot.
