This 256 GB DDR4 3200 module is an ECC Registered DIMM built for the QNAP TS-h2490FU. It uses an 8Rx4 octal-rank layout at 1.2 V with CL22 timing and a 288-pin interface. The design targets workstations and servers that require registered ECC memory and cannot accept unbuffered or load-reduced modules.

Thermals noise and power in normal use
