16GB DDR4 SODIMM for Lenovo ThinkCentre

This 16GB DDR4 2133MHz CL15 SODIMM targets owners of Lenovo ThinkCentre M700 Tiny, M700z, M900z and X1 systems who need more memory. It installs in a standard 260-pin slot and runs at 1.2V without ECC or buffering. Buyers whose devices use a different DDR generation or pin count cannot use this module.

JEDEC DDR4 2133MHz interface limits

The module follows the JEDEC DDR4 2133 (PC4-17000) standard with CL15 latency and 1.2V operation. Speed and timing are fixed by the specification, so the memory cannot run faster than 2133MHz or at lower latencies than CL15 on this platform. Systems that require registered or ECC memory are not supported by this unbuffered non-ECC design.

16GB capacity for multitasking headroom

A single 16GB stick doubles the typical 8GB factory configuration, letting you keep more applications and larger files open simultaneously. The 2Rx8 organisation fills one slot, leaving a second slot free on boards that have two. Machines already at their maximum supported memory will not gain additional capacity from this upgrade.
