This 512GB kit contains eight 64GB DDR4 3200 registered ECC modules built for Supermicro H12SSL-CT, H12SSL-NT, H12SSW-iNR and H12SSW-NTR motherboards. It is designed for workstation and server platforms that require registered memory and will not operate in standard desktop computers.

Registered ECC modules with CL22 timing

Each 288-pin DIMM runs at 1.2V with CL22 latency and a 2Rx4 organisation. The registered buffer and on-die ECC provide the data-integrity and signal-stability that multi-socket server boards demand. Mixing these modules with unbuffered or load-reduced memory is not supported.

Eight-module capacity for high-density workloads

The 512GB total gives headroom for large virtual-machine fleets, in-memory databases and heavy rendering jobs on the listed Supermicro platforms. Systems limited to fewer than eight DIMM slots or lower maximum memory per slot cannot use the full kit.
