OWC 64GB DDR3L ECC RDIMM Kit

This kit delivers 64GB of DDR3L memory across two 32GB registered DIMMs. It is built for Supermicro A+ Server series 1012C, 1012G, 1042G, 1122GG and 2022G systems. The modules operate at 1600MHz with CL11 latency and 1.35V. They add ECC error correction to compatible workstation or server platforms.

Registered ECC with 4Rx4 Organisation

Each 240-pin module uses a 4Rx4 rank configuration and registered buffering. This specification determines whether the memory will initialise in the target Supermicro platforms. Standard unbuffered desktop DIMMs cannot be mixed with these registered modules. The registered design places a register between the DRAM and the memory controller.

For Supermicro A+ Server Upgrades

This kit suits administrators extending the life of the listed Supermicro A+ Server models. It is not for standard desktop computers or consumer motherboards that require unbuffered non-ECC memory.
