Server-Specific DDR4 Upgrade Kit

This OWC memory kit provides 64GB of DDR4 ECC Registered RDIMM capacity across four 16GB modules. It is built for the Cisco UCS M2814 Compute Cartridge and will not work in standard desktop computers. The registered design and 2Rx4 organisation are required by that platform.

Low-Voltage Registered Operation

Each module runs at 1.2V with a CL15 latency rating at 2133 MT/s. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the server memory controller during normal operation. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow through the cartridge chassis handles thermal dissipation.

Sustained Workload Stability

ECC circuitry corrects single-bit errors continuously, protecting data integrity during long-running server tasks. The four-module population fills the cartridge's slots for maximum supported capacity. Registered signalling maintains clean timing margins under sustained multi-threaded load.
