64GB DDR4 ECC Registered RDIMM

This 64GB DDR4 3200 module is built for servers and workstations that require ECC registered memory. It operates at 1.2V with a CL22 latency and a 2Rx4 rank configuration. The 288-pin RDIMM fits standard DDR4 server slots and matches the specifications of Hynix HMAA8GR7AJR4N-XN and HMAA8GR7CJR4N-XN parts. It is not compatible with standard desktop computers or unbuffered memory configurations.

Installation and compatibility

Installation follows standard DDR4 RDIMM procedures, but the module must be paired with identical capacity, speed and registered ECC modules for stable operation. Mixing with unbuffered or non-ECC DIMMs will prevent the system from booting. Verify that your platform supports registered ECC memory before purchase, as consumer motherboards typically do not. No heat spreader is present, so airflow across the DIMM is recommended.

Capacity and headroom

The single 64GB module provides substantial memory capacity for virtualisation, database workloads and large-file processing. Systems populated with multiple modules can scale to high total capacities within the platform's supported limits. Performance is governed by the DDR4 3200 JEDEC standard; the module does not support overclocking or XMP profiles.
