ECC registered design changes system behaviour

Registered buffering and ECC allow the memory controller to manage larger capacities and correct single-bit errors, which is essential for server stability. Mixing this module with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs is not supported and will prevent the system from posting. The single 64GB stick adds capacity without occupying additional slots.
