It fits the M700 Tiny, M700z, M800z, M900z and X1 models that accept 260-pin SODIMMs. The unbuffered, non-ECC design matches the factory specification for these compact desktops. Builders needing ECC or registered DIMMs should choose a different part.

Low-voltage JEDEC operation

The stick runs at the standard 1.2V defined by JEDEC for DDR4 2133, drawing minimal power inside the small chassis. CL15 latency keeps timing tight without raising voltage or heat. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow in the original fan layout remains unchanged. Systems that require higher speeds or lower latencies will not benefit from this module.
