The Panasonic Toughbook CF-20 is a fully rugged detachable laptop that converts into a 10.1-inch tablet with one hand. It carries MIL-STD-810G, MIL-STD-461F and IP65 certifications for drops, shock, vibration, dust and water resistance. A magnesium alloy chassis and built-in handle add durability for job-site use.

Sustained load on a low-power core

The 1.1GHz Core m5-6Y57 is a single-core processor designed for low thermal output rather than high throughput. Under continuous demand it will throttle to stay within its fanless envelope, so extended compiles or heavy multitasking run slower than burst speeds. Intel HD Graphics 515 handles basic display output only.

Detachable design with included pen

The tablet section releases from the keyboard base via a simple latch, and the integrated handle doubles as a kickstand for desktop use. A digitizer pen and power adapter ship in the box. FirstNet Band 14 LTE requires an active carrier plan; buyers needing a second battery or a discrete GPU should look elsewhere.
