Industrial panel PC for embedded use

This 18.5-inch all-in-one system integrates an Intel Core i3 4th Gen processor at 1.90GHz with Intel HD Graphics 4400, 4GB DDR3 memory and a 128GB mSATA SSD. The front panel carries IP65 protection and a 5-wire resistive touchscreen rated for 35 million touches. It targets machine interfaces, kiosks and control panels that need a sealed, fanless unit with legacy I/O.

Resistive touch and legacy I/O limits

The 5-wire resistive layer only registers single-point input and transmits 80±5% light at 550 nm, so brightness peaks at 250 cd/m² with 1000:1 contrast. Viewing angles reach 80° left/right and 60° top/bottom. Video outputs stop at HDMI and VGA; USB provides two 2.0 and two 3.0 ports. Expansion relies on a single Mini PCIe slot with a SIM socket for wireless modules.

Embedded mounting with DC power

Installation uses the supplied embedded buckle kits into a 454 x 276.5 mm cut-out, or VESA brackets for wall, desktop or cantilever mounting. The unit runs on 12 V DC from the bundled 100-240 V AC adapter; it supports automatic power-on after failure. Memory maxes at 8GB via one DDR3L SODIMM slot, and a 2.5-inch SATA bay adds secondary storage. Operating range is 0-50°C with SSD.
