Industrial panel PC for edge AI

The Partaker A28 is a 15.6-inch all-in-one system built around an Intel Core i5-6200U processor with 8GB of DDR4 memory and a 128GB mSATA drive. It runs Windows 10 Pro on a fanless aluminium chassis rated for -20 to +60°C operation. The IP65 front panel and resistive touchscreen suit factory automation, kiosk and machine-vision deployments where dust, moisture and wide temperature swings are normal.

Embedded mount with standard cutout

Installation uses a 385x234.3mm panel cutout for flush embedded mounting; the flat IP65 bezel seals against the enclosure gasket. Dual mini PCIe slots accept Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or 3G/4G modules with a SIM holder, while two configurable RS232/485 COM ports can be expanded to six. Fanless cooling removes filter maintenance, but the 12V DC input (optionally 9-36V wide range) requires a stable external supply and correct polarity wiring to avoid start-up faults.

Verify power, I/O and expansion needs

Confirm the site can deliver 12V DC or the optional 9-36V wide-range input with sufficient current for the i5-6200U and peripherals. Check that two Gigabit LAN ports, one HDMI, four USB and two COM ports match the PLC, camera or sensor count; extra GPIO, COM or USB require a custom order. The two DDR4 slots support up to 32GB total if more than the shipped 8GB is needed, and the single mSATA slot limits storage upgrades to that form factor.
