The Partaker A30 is a 21.5 inch all-in-one computer built for factory automation and HMI use. Its IP65-rated flat front panel resists dust and water jets while the resistive touch screen handles gloved operation. An Intel Core i5-7200U with 16 GB DDR4-2133 and a 512 GB SSD runs Windows 11 Pro in a fanless aluminum chassis rated for -20 °C to 60 °C ambient temperatures.

Installation and common issues

The unit weighs 7.6 kg and measures 540 x 332 x 78 mm with an embedded cut-out of 528 x 320 mm; four mounting clips are included for panel, wall, desktop or cantilever fitting. A single 12 V DC input accepts 100-240 V AC via the supplied adapter, and an optional 9-36 V wide-voltage range can be specified at order time. Installers should verify the cut-out dimensions before cutting and confirm the DC voltage variant matches the site supply to avoid power-on failures.

Interface limits

Dual Gigabit LAN, four USB 3.0 ports, two COM ports for RS232/485 and one HDMI output provide the wired connectivity; wireless requires a Mini PCIe module with SIM slot. Storage expansion uses one mSATA slot and one 2.5 inch SATA bay, both limited to the SATA protocol.
