Fanless aluminium chassis replaces noisy enclosures

The passively cooled aluminium alloy body eliminates fans, removing a common failure point in dusty or vibration-heavy plants. It upgrades from fan-cooled boxes that clog or rattle, and the jump is worth it when silence, 7×24 uptime and wide 0–50°C operating range are required. Dual LAN, dual COM, HDMI, VGA and four USB ports connect legacy PLCs and modern sensors without extra adapters.

Sustained load stays stable without throttling

Fanless thermal mass absorbs heat during long shifts, keeping the CPU at steady clocks instead of short bursts followed by throttling. The 255-level watchdog timer auto-recovers from software hangs, and automatic power-on restores operation after a power loss. Operating humidity of 10–95% and a 30,000-hour backlight life support continuous production lines.
