Hub-centric layout with solar charging
The Home Hub connects to the router through a LAN port and uses Wi-Fi 6 on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands to link up to eight compatible cameras. Each Altas unit stores clips on its own microSD slot while the hub adds a second microSD slot for centralised backup. Solar Panel 2 delivers 6 W of charging; roughly ten minutes of daily sun sustains motion-triggered recording of 300 seconds per day.
Battery endurance and quiet operation
The 20000 mAh battery runs for up to 540 days in PIR-triggered mode or 14 days with pre-recording active. Continuous recording at 3 fps lasts around eight days on a single charge. With no moving parts and fanless hub cooling, the system operates silently. AES-128 encryption protects stored footage on both camera and hub.
