Check cabling runs and network ports

Each camera requires a single Ethernet cable back to the NVR; the box supplies four 18-metre leads and one 1-metre lead, so measure your planned routes before ordering. The NVR offers eight PoE ports but only four cameras are bundled, leaving four ports free for future expansion. Ensure your router has a spare LAN port for the NVR uplink and that the supplied power adapter matches your mains voltage.
