Server DDR4 256GB Kit

2x128GB Registered Capacity

The dual-rank 2S2RX4 organisation provides 256GB total capacity for memory-intensive workloads such as virtualisation, databases or AI model serving. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing this density to operate stably at 3200MHz. Systems limited to lower maximum memory per slot or lacking registered DIMM support will not accept these modules.

1.2V DDR4 Thermals

Operating at the standard DDR4 voltage of 1.2V, the modules draw minimal power and generate modest heat under typical server loads. Major-brand DRAM chips and RIMLANCE quality testing contribute to consistent thermal behaviour in multi-DIMM configurations. Builds restricted to very low airflow chassis or extreme overclocking profiles may require additional cooling consideration.
