Replaces single-fan purchases and basic hubs

Buyers upgrading from a single stock fan or a non-RGB hub gain synchronised colour control across up to eight fans and two LED strips through a 5V addressable motherboard header. The jump is worth it when a build needs more than three matching fans and the motherboard offers a compatible 5V header; the hub does not work with 12V RGB headers.
