The Solidigm D7-PS1030 is a 1.6TB enterprise drive built on 176L TLC 3D NAND. It targets data-centre servers that need high sequential throughput and consistent random-read performance. Active power draw is 17W and idle drops to 5W, so thermal planning must account for sustained load within the 0°C to 77°C operating range.

1.6TB capacity with 3 DWPD endurance

Rated at 3 DWPD, the drive guarantees 8.7 PBW of writes over its lifetime. That headroom suits write-intensive logging, caching or database tiers. MTBF is 2500000 hours. Shock tolerance reaches 1000 G at .5 msec and vibration limits are 2.17 GRMS operating and 3.13 GRMS non-operating. Buyers needing higher capacity or lower cost per terabyte should evaluate other models.
