The ST121HDBTE extends an HDMI signal up to 70 metres over a single Cat 5e or Cat 6 cable. It is built for installers and AV professionals who need to place a display far from the source without running long HDMI leads. Both transmitter and receiver units draw power from one included adapter through the same cable.

Distance and Resolution Limits

The extender reaches its full 70 metre range at 1080p resolution. At 4K (4096 x 2160) the maximum supported refresh rate is 30 Hz, so motion-intensive content at higher frame rates is not supported. The HDBaseT link carries 7.1 surround audio alongside video.

Capacity and Headroom

The kit includes transmitter, receiver, mounting brackets, a universal power adapter and a short Cat5e patch lead. It handles typical digital-signage, conference-room and classroom runs where a single cable simplifies installation.
