The Stellapex NerdOCTAXE 15T is a compact ASIC device built for Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin SV mining at home. It integrates eight BM1370 chips to deliver 15 TH/s while drawing 240 W from an included AC adapter. The unit connects via 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and runs an open-source Bitaxe web interface for setup and monitoring. Four fans keep the chassis cool in ambient temperatures from 5 to 45 °C.

Upgrade From GPU Or Older ASIC

This miner replaces GPU rigs or first-generation SHA-256 ASICs that consume far more power per terahash. At 16 J/TH it cuts electricity cost dramatically, so the switch pays off where power is expensive or space is limited. Plug-and-play Wi-Fi removes the need for a separate controller or wired Ethernet run. The efficiency jump is worth it when you want silent, continuous operation without a dedicated mining room.

Capacity And Limits

The 15 TH/s rate provides steady solo or pool hashing for SHA-256 coins, and the 240 W draw fits a standard household socket. Headroom exists while ambient temperature stays below 45 °C and the four fans maintain airflow. Beyond that thermal envelope the chips will throttle, reducing output. The 2.4 GHz wireless link also caps network flexibility; congested Wi-Fi can add latency but does not lower the nominal hashrate.
