The TYAN B7129F83AV8E4HR-N-8H100 is a 4U rack server built for AI, ML and HPC workloads. It ships with two Intel Xeon Platinum 8380 processors, each delivering 40 cores and 80 threads at 2.30 GHz. Eight NVIDIA Tesla H100 80GB GPUs provide massive parallel compute. The system includes 256GB of DDR4 memory across eight 32GB modules.

Verify rack space, power and networking

Confirm your rack can accommodate a 4U chassis and that your facility supplies sufficient power and cooling for eight double-width GPUs and dual CPUs. The board uses two PLX 88096 PCIe 4.0 switches to drive ten double-wide PCIe 4.0 x16 slots plus three single-width PCIe 4.0 x16 slots. Only one 1GbE LAN port is provided via the Realtek RTL8211E controller. Storage connects through three SFF-8643 ports for up to twelve front SATA drives.

Bundled GPUs and memory define the platform

The eight H100 80GB GPUs are installed and ready for deep-learning frameworks without additional procurement. Eight Micron DDR4-2600 32GB RDIMMs populate a fraction of the 32 available slots, leaving headroom to scale toward the 8TB maximum using RDIMM, LRDIMM or 3DS variants. The barebone chassis and PLX switches are pre-validated for this GPU configuration, reducing integration effort for AI clusters.
