This full-cover GPU waterblock is built exclusively for the NVIDIA RTX 4080 AIC Reference Edition PCB. It directly cools the GPU core, memory modules and voltage regulators in a single block. Buyers must verify their card matches the reference layout before ordering, as the block will not fit partner designs with different component placement.

Micro-Channel Cooling Headroom

A 0.5 mm micro-channel injection design spreads coolant across the cold plate for high thermal transfer even with modest pump flow. The large internal flow path keeps restriction low so the loop remains responsive. Builders pushing extreme voltage or sustained compute loads should confirm the block’s thermal limits match their target overclock.

Rigid-Tube Fitting Requirement

Two nickel-plated brass compression fittings for 16 mm OD hard tubing are included in the box; 14 mm OD fittings are available on request after purchase. The block’s G1/4 ports accept standard fittings, but the supplied hardware locks the loop to 16 mm rigid tube unless swapped. Installers planning soft tubing or a different outer diameter must source alternate fittings separately.
