The Dell EMC PowerEdge M640 is a half-height blade server fitted with two Intel Xeon Gold 6154 processors. Each CPU runs at 3.0 GHz with a 3.7 GHz turbo frequency and provides 18 cores. The system arrives with 16 GB of DDR4 registered ECC memory installed across two slots. S140 controller with dual 960 GB SSDs

Storage is handled by a Dell PERC S140 controller that supports SATA, SAS and NVMe drives along with RAID 0, 1, 5 and 10.
