24-Bay 4U Rackmount Chassis

This 4U rackmount server chassis provides 24 front-accessible hot-swap bays for 3.5-inch hard drives with compatibility for 2.5-inch drives. It accommodates standard motherboards up to 12 by 13 inches and includes three internal 2.5-inch drive positions. The unit targets cloud storage, big data and security monitoring deployments needing high-density storage in a standard rack footprint.

12Gb/s Expander Backplane

The chassis is equipped with a 12Gb/s SAS expander backplane using Mini-SAS HD SFF-8643 connectors. It features temperature-controlled cooling, SGPIO signalling and time-sharing spin-up to manage drive start-up currents. Two hot-swappable 12038 ball-bearing fans are installed as standard across three 12 cm fan positions to maintain airflow under sustained load.

Seven Full-Height PCIe Slots

Seven vertical full-height PCI/PCIe expansion slots are available at the rear for add-in cards such as RAID controllers or network adapters. Power can be supplied by a standard ATX unit or a CRPS redundant supply ranging from 800 to 1500 watts. The 1.0 mm SGCC construction with fingerprint-resistant finish measures 650 mm deep, 437.5 mm wide and 176 mm high.
