Adding a fifth module to a four-slot laptop is not possible. On a four-slot board the kit runs quad-channel; mixing an extra stick would require a fifth slot and would force single-channel operation.

After installing all four modules, how do I verify the kit is running at DDR4 2666 with CL19 timings?

Open Task Manager → Performance → Memory and confirm 2666 MHz speed and 16 GB total. For CL19 confirmation use CPU-Z SPD tab to read the programmed latency.
