The AMOROM AM-C1 is a corded indoor camera that streams 1080p video at 15 frames per second over a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. It is aimed at households that want to watch babies, elderly relatives or pets from a phone, tablet or PC. Alexa voice control is supported for basic commands.

32 ft night vision and continuous recording

Six infrared LEDs give clear night vision up to 32 ft while the CMOS sensor keeps 1080p detail in low light. The camera records around the clock and offers two storage choices: local microSD or cloud. AI detection modes cover people, vehicles, pets, falls and baby cries, but only one mode can be active per camera and full AI features need a cloud subscription.

2.4 GHz Wi-Fi limits and power dependency

The single-band 2.4 GHz connection cannot use 5 GHz networks, so range and congestion depend on the existing router environment. Mains power is required at all times; there is no battery backup. Text-based cloud search and daily AI reports are locked behind the subscription plan, and privacy mode must be enabled manually when local recording is not wanted.
