AM4 Ryzen platform
This Micro-ATX board uses the AMD B450 chipset and the AM4 socket. It accepts third, second and first-generation Ryzen CPUs as well as Ryzen and Athlon APUs with Radeon Vega graphics. Two DDR4 slots support up to 64 GB in dual-channel mode and a long list of overclocked speeds up to 4400 MT/s. One PCIe 3.0 x16 slot and two PCIe 2.0 x1 slots handle graphics and add-in cards.
Compact builds and basic upgrades
The small form factor suits compact cases and simple systems that need only one graphics card and two memory modules. Four SATA 6 Gb/s ports and a single M.2 socket covering 2242, 2260 and 2280 lengths provide enough storage connectivity for most mainstream users.
