The ASUS ROG Azoth 96 HE is a tri-mode gaming keyboard built around hot-swappable ROG HFX V2 magnetic switches and a next-gen ROG Hall sensor. It connects via USB, 2.4GHz wireless or Bluetooth to Windows 10, Windows 11 and macOS. Per-key RGB lighting and a full-colour OLED touchscreen with a three-way knob provide system info and on-the-fly settings control.

Upgrade From Fixed-Actuation Boards

This keyboard replaces mechanical decks that lock you into a single actuation point. The magnetic switches let you tune actuation anywhere between 0.1mm and 3.5mm in 0.01mm steps, so rapid-trigger needs and deliberate typing coexist on the same board. The jump is worth it when you want analog-style control without buying a second specialist keyboard.

Hot-Swap Install With Magnetic Care

Switches pull out with the included tool and press in without soldering, while keycaps lift off via the supplied puller. The six-layer gasket mount uses four PORON layers, an IXPE pad and a silicone pad that can be swapped to adjust firmness. Take care aligning the Hall-sensor switches during swaps; debris in the sensor gap can cause chatter until cleared.
