The be quiet! BL098 is a 120mm PWM case fan built for system builders who want strong airflow with low acoustic output. It suits radiator, heatsink or chassis intake and exhaust positions where static pressure matters.

Fluid-dynamic bearing and 4-pin PWM control

The fan mounts in standard 120mm locations using the included hardware for either case or radiator installation. A three-position speed switch on the frame lets the builder cap the maximum PWM curve at 1600, 2500 or 3000 rpm without software. The 4-pin connector provides motherboard speed regulation and monitoring, while the fluid-dynamic bearing reduces friction for smooth long-term operation.
