Socket compatibility and cold-plate design

This block supports Intel LGA 1700, AMD AM5 and AMD AM4 sockets with the supplied hardware. The Hexa-Flow cooling engine directs coolant across more than 120 high-efficiency copper fins to reduce laminar flow and cool multi-chip-package CPUs more evenly. A built-in cold-plate temperature sensor provides real-time coolant data to the iCUE LINK ecosystem. Only copper or brass components and CORSAIR XL or equivalent coolants should be used in the same loop.

Thermals, noise and power draw in normal use

The unit operates safely up to a maximum coolant temperature of 60 °C. It contains no pump or fan, so it adds no acoustic noise of its own; loop noise depends entirely on the external pump and radiator fans chosen by the builder. Power draw is limited to the 24 addressable RGB LEDs and the temperature sensor, both powered through the single iCUE LINK cable. The G1/4" BSPP ports accept standard fittings without restricting flow.
