The DELL ECT1250 Tower Desktop Computer ships new with an Intel Core Ultra 9 285 24-core processor, 16 GB DDR5 5600 MHz memory and a 4 TB NVMe solid-state drive. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed and the Intel AI Boost NPU supports local AI workloads. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics drives one DisplayPort 1.4 and one HDMI 2.1 output for dual-monitor setups. A wired keyboard and mouse are included in the box.

Straightforward tower setup

Place the 12.76 in high, 6.06 in wide chassis on a desk or floor, connect power and press the front button. Front I/O supplies two USB 2.0 ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port and a global headset jack plus a media card reader. Rear I/O adds two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, Gigabit Ethernet, Kensington lock slot and padlock loop. No proprietary cables or special tools are required; the only common oversight is forgetting to seat the side-panel latch fully after a hardware change.

Sustained workloads handled by 24 cores

The 24-core CPU with 36 MB L3 cache and turbo up to 5.60 GHz maintains throughput during long compiles, data analysis or multi-app sessions. The 4 TB NVMe drive keeps large datasets local without throttling, while DDR5 5600 MHz bandwidth feeds all cores evenly. MediaTek Wi-Fi 6 MT7920 with MU-MIMO and Bluetooth 5.4 provides stable wireless links during extended transfers. Buyers who need discrete graphics acceleration or more than 16 GB of memory should consider a different configuration.
