The Dell Latitude 5440 ships with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed and a 65 W AC adapter. The 14.0 inch FHD anti-glare panel runs at 1920 x 1080 resolution with 250 nits brightness. A 13th Gen Intel Core i7-1355U processor with 10 cores and 12 threads handles office workloads, while 8 GB of DDR4 memory and a 1 TB PCIe NVMe SSD provide responsive multitasking and storage.

Memory fixed at 8 GB DDR4

The system board uses soldered DDR4 memory that cannot be upgraded beyond the factory 8 GB configuration. Buyers who need more than 8 GB of RAM for virtual machines, large datasets or heavy creative suites should consider a different model. The 1 TB NVMe SSD is replaceable, so storage capacity can still be increased later if required.

Simple deployment with limited internal access

Windows 11 Pro is ready to join corporate domains or Azure AD out of the box. The 65 W power adapter uses a standard barrel connector. Only the M.2 SSD slot is user-accessible; memory and the Wi-Fi 6 module are not serviceable. The chassis measures 321.4 mm wide by 212 mm deep by 19.1 mm high and weighs 1.39 kg.
