The Dell Micro QCM1250 packs an Intel Core Ultra 5 235T 14-core processor with 48GB of DDR5 memory and a 2TB NVMe drive into a chassis only 1.41 inches wide. Windows 11 Pro, a wired keyboard and a wired mouse are included so the system is ready for office deployment or classroom labs straight from the box.

Sustained load behaviour

The 235T processor runs at a 2.20 GHz base frequency and can boost to 5.0 GHz while the built-in Intel AI Boost NPU delivers 13 TOPS for local inference tasks. Because the Micro form factor relies on a compact internal cooler, extended heavy workloads will see the CPU settle at lower clocks than the peak turbo, and the integrated Intel Graphics share system memory rather than using dedicated video RAM.

Connectivity limits of the provided ports

Front and rear USB include one 10 Gbps Type-C, three 5 Gbps Type-A and two 480 Mbps Type-A ports, while video output uses a DisplayPort 1.4a and an HDMI 2.1 connector. Gigabit Ethernet and Wi-Fi 6E AX211 2x2 handle networking, but the single M.2 slot occupied by the 2TB drive leaves no internal NVMe expansion path and the narrow chassis prevents full-height add-in cards.
