Half-width blade server for dense compute

The Dell PowerEdge MX760C fits a half-width blade form factor and carries two Intel Gold 6448Y processors at 2.1GHz with 32 cores each. Sixty-four gigabytes of DDR4 memory across four 16GB modules supports virtualisation and database workloads. Four 480GB SATA SSDs provide boot and application storage. The H755 MX controller manages RAID for the installed drives.

iDRAC9 Express and 25Gb mezzanine card

Remote management comes from iDRAC9 Express for out-of-band monitoring and firmware updates. A Marvell FastLinQ 41262 mezzanine delivers two 25Gb CNA ports for high-speed fabric connectivity. The storage-specific Fabric C bays and general-purpose Fabrics A and B are not populated, leaving expansion open. No optical drive is included.

Six 2.5-inch bays and modular I/O

The chassis provides six 2.5-inch drive bays, leaving two slots free for additional SSDs or HDDs. Modular I/O bays accept redundant switch or pass-through modules for Fabrics A and B, while Fabric C bays handle storage networking. This layout lets administrators scale storage and network fabric independently within the same enclosure.
