Half-Width Blade Server

The DELL PowerEdge MX760C is a half-width blade server built for dense compute environments. It ships new with two Intel Gold 6526Y processors running at 2.8 GHz, each providing 16 cores and 37.5 MB cache. The system includes 256 GB of DDR4 memory configured as sixteen 16 GB modules at 5600 MT/s. A H755 MX RAID controller manages the installed storage.

Compute-Focused Workloads

This server suits workloads that demand high core counts and large memory capacity in a compact blade form factor. Virtualisation clusters, database nodes and high-performance computing tasks align with the dual 16-core configuration and 256 GB DDR4. Buyers who need more than six 2.5-inch drive bays or who require the Fabric C storage switch bays included should look at other configurations, as those bays are not included.

Dual 1.92 TB SATA SSD

The installed storage consists of two 1.92 TB SATA SSDs behind the H755 MX controller, offering a fixed capacity for boot and primary data. The chassis supports up to six 2.5-inch drives, so additional bays remain available for expansion. Network connectivity is provided by a Marvell FastLinQ 41262 mezzanine card with dual 25 Gb CNA ports. Remote management uses iDRAC9 Express.
