It targets enterprise virtualization, database, and high-performance computing workloads that require dense core counts in a compact chassis.

PCIe Gen5 and OCP 3.0 define the I/O ceiling

Expansion relies on PCI Express Gen5 slots and an OCP 3.0 mezzanine slot occupied by the Broadcom 5720 quad-port 1GbE adapter. Storage connectivity runs through the front-mounted PERC H965i RAID controller which supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, and 60 across SAS, SATA, and NVMe drives.
