Tower server for small-business workloads

The DELL PowerEdge T350 is a 5U rack-mountable tower built around a single Intel E-2374G processor with four cores at 3.7GHz and 8GB of DDR4 memory. It targets small offices or branch sites that need on-premise compute, storage and virtualization in a quiet chassis. The system ships with four 480GB SATA SSDs managed by an H755 RAID controller and includes iDRAC9 Enterprise for remote administration.

Chassis supports eight 3.5-inch drives

The enclosure provides eight 3.5-inch drive bays so capacity can grow well beyond the factory SSDs. Two PCIe Gen 4.0 slots and two Gen 3.0 slots allow addition of network, GPU or storage cards without proprietary risers. A dual SD module with a 16GB card and a TPM 2.0 module handle boot redundancy and platform security. Onboard Broadcom dual 1GbE ports supply baseline connectivity.

Redundant 600W supply

Dual 600W power supplies share load and maintain uptime if one unit fails, while the iDRAC9 Enterprise controller with OpenManage Enterprise Advanced+ enables full out-of-band monitoring, firmware updates and power control over a dedicated network link. The tower form factor uses larger, lower-speed fans that keep acoustic output low in office environments. Power draw scales with the single CPU and SSD complement.
