AM5 Ryzen 7000 Platform
The GIGABYTE B650 AERO G rev.1.0 is an ATX motherboard built for AMD Ryzen 7000 series processors using the AM5 socket. It provides four 288pin DDR5 slots supporting dual channel memory up to 128GB with AMD EXPO and Intel XMP profiles. The board includes PCIe 5.0 and PCIe 4.0 expansion slots plus multiple M.2 connectors for high speed storage.
PCIe 5.0 M.2 Sustained Throughput
The primary M.2 slot connects directly to the CPU and runs at PCIe 5.0 x4, while a second CPU linked slot operates at PCIe 4.0 x4. Two additional chipset M.2 slots also run at PCIe 4.0 x4. This layout lets NVMe drives maintain high sequential transfer rates during extended workloads without sharing bandwidth with the graphics slot.
VRM Heatsinks M.2 Thermal Guard III
An advanced thermal design covers the power delivery area and each M.2 slot with dedicated heatsinks including M.2 Thermal Guard III. Smart Fan 6 controls multiple headers to balance airflow and acoustics under load. The board draws power through standard ATX connectors and includes Intel 2.5GbE LAN plus AMD Wi-Fi 6E RZ616 for wired and wireless networking.
