This 2U rack server ships with two Intel Xeon E5-2609v3 processors, each running at 1.9GHz with six cores. It is built for data-centre workloads that need redundant power and high drive density in a compact chassis. The system includes 64GB of DDR4 ECC registered memory installed across 24 DIMM slots.

Smart Array P440 RAID with 4GB FBWC

The onboard Smart Array P440 controller provides 4GB of flash-backed write cache and supports RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60. It operates at 12Gb/s and 6Gb/s SAS speeds, limiting attached drives to those interfaces. The chassis offers 16 small-form-factor 2.5-inch drive bays, and an optional universal media bay can occupy one bay if required.

64GB DDR4 at 2400MT/s with 3TB maximum

Installed memory runs at up to 2400MT/s depending on processor capability, and the platform supports a maximum of 3TB across all 24 slots. The current 64GB configuration fills part of that headroom, leaving room for expansion with 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, 32GB or 64GB DDR4 modules. The Matrox G200eH2 graphics with 16MB video memory is intended only for basic management display output.
