8-Channel PWM Modbus RTU Module

This LORDWORLD development board reads eight PWM pulse inputs and reports frequency and duty cycle data through an RS485 Modbus RTU interface. It targets engineers building industrial monitoring or automation systems that need reliable multi-channel signal acquisition.

Sustained Operation in Noisy Environments

High-speed optocoupler isolation on every input and an isolated RS485 port suppress electrical noise during continuous duty cycles. A 7-36V DC regulator with integrated isolation, resettable fuse, TVS transient suppression and a watchdog timer maintain stable operation without external isolated supplies.

Replaces Discrete Signal-Conditioning Hardware

The module consolidates eight isolated PWM readers, isolated communications and protection circuitry into a single DIN-rail housing that supports stacking. It is not suited for applications requiring analog voltage or current inputs, digital I/O expansion or wireless connectivity.
