Quad-port 25G SFP28 server adapter

This LR-LINK LRES1023PF-4SFP28 adapter provides four 25GbE SFP28 ports driven by an Intel E810 controller. It connects through a PCIe 4.0 x16 slot and supports 25, 10 and 1 GbE link speeds. The card targets servers and workstations that need multiple high-speed fibre links for storage, virtualisation or factory-automation workloads.

Verify that the host system has a free PCIe 4.0 x16 slot and can accommodate either the full-height or low-profile bracket supplied. Supported operating systems include Windows Server 2016 R2 or later, Linux kernels 4.19.58 or later, SLES 12 or later, RHEL/CentOS 7.5 or later, Ubuntu 20.10 or later, and VMware ESXi 5.x or later. Ensure SFP28 transceivers and cabling match the required reach and fibre type.

Operating temperature and power envelope

The adapter is rated for continuous operation from 0 °C to 55 °C in non-condensing humidity up to 90 %. Its Intel E810 controller uses Dynamic Device Personalisation, RDMA iWARP and RoCEv2, Application Device Queues and IEEE 1588 PTP to distribute processing across CPU cores, reducing per-core load and keeping thermal output predictable under sustained multi-queue traffic.
